I just finished your july 1997 issue and was thrilled to see your new department BIKES AND BEYOND. It seems to me that too many people buy Harleys and forget supposed to ride them.
You can be sure that I will take my camera with me on my summer trips this year and you will see my name as the author of a BIKES AND BEYOND story.

PICK ON COURTNEY
I just wanted to pick on Courtney Halowell a little. I have been involved with HOT BIKE for a while now and have noticed ne seems to have been influenced by editor Kelly a bit. It seems he is living up to his " tires are cheap" motto more and more as I keep seeing him doing burnouts on the pages (page 68, August 1997) of your magazine. i was just wondering if it was part of the job requirements?
