LAPTOP HITTING THE ROAD TO CYBERSPACE HOG

Now imagine, if you will: black asphalt blurring under you, the throaty sound of your Big Twin engine, the sun leading you far out of town. you pull onto a dirt road and follow it until you come to a clearing neara small stream, perfect for a break. You park your laptop and a power converter. Before you know it, you're sitting under glorious skies in the green grass. You're doing the same work as before, only now you're  happy about it.
 
Together with Mike Garrity at Legendary Motorcycles in North Hollywood, California, we outfitted a 95 Heritage Nostalgia in such a manner. While there are several ideal locations for the coil cover bolts holding the cigarette lighter bracket. To avoid having the lighter make contact with the frame  and thus creating  a potential fire hazard ( just for the hell of ,it we smoked one lighter and melted its wires ), we had to drill a hole a 1/4- inch away from the already centrally located hole of the bracket. Now the lighter fits perfectly and looks like a natural part of the bike.
