Most of us work hard to have nice things, a nice clothes and of course, a nice motorcycle.
Once in a great while, we can lose track of the order of importance of these things and when that
happens, you end up with a bike that looks as good as Rodney Walford's 1987 FLHT.
The Southfield, Michigan resident admits he may have gone too far in his guest for the perfect look.

A simple thing like molding turn signals into a fairing can really change a bagger's personality.

Walford doesn't ever worry about someone pulling up next to him at a light with a similar machine.
The obsession with building a way too nice bagger started in the motor department.
The stock 80-incher just didn't have the desired effect on the fun neter that Rodney needed, so out it came.
In its place you find a jewel of a 96ci S&S powerplant.
Walford ordered a big box of S&S parts and built himself a powerhouse.
In fact, everything inside the polished, chromed and painted motor-vator is from S&S except for a set of H-D rockers.
Walford even went so far as to build a custom exhaust to get exactly the look he wanted for this FLHT.
