Inhabitants of post-Depression America want glamour, in excess, to help them forget their own everyday toils and the uneasy road ahead.
Were that crowd alive and gathered today, they'd be lauding Andrew Peters' Elegant, a hybrid, art deco Harley inspired by the sight of a 1935 Auburn Speedster once owned by Marlene Dietrich.
