"Funny, how things turn around on you," muses Mike Pearson, the artisan behind this treasure trove of golden motorcycles in miniature. Twenty years ago, Mike began making silver and turquoise bike jewelry in Long Beach,California, a take-it-with-you occupation that has enabled him to work indifferent environments such as Kodiak, Alaska, and Puget Sound, Washington. He's run the gamut from shopping mall jewelry stores, where he crafted gold and silver jewelry for regular citizens, to high-end, one-off customs for the bike community. for more information
